Can I use my NDIS funding to pay for your services?
Yes. If you manage your NDIS plan yourself (self-managed) or use a plan manager, you can use your funding to pay for our services.
Yes. NDIS funding can cover disability-related supports during your holiday, including accessible accommodation and support staff, while general costs like flights, meals, and activities are usually paid privately.
Can my NDIS funding cover any
other holiday costs?
Yes. We welcome non-NDIS participants and offer private payment options. This allows anyone to access our personalised holiday planning and supported travel services, regardless of NDIS funding.

Yes. We can support group and family holidays, tailoring our assistance to meet everyone’s needs. From accessibility and daily support to coordinating activities, we ensure the whole group can enjoy a safe, seamless, and stress-free holiday experience.
Can you assist with group or
family holidays?
Our services are flexible and tailored to your holiday. We can support overnight trips, short getaways or extended monthly adventures – from the planning stage right through to on-the-ground assistance for the duration of your journey.
How long can I use your services to
support a holiday?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Ideally, start planning at least a few weeks in advance, especially for popular destinations or longer trips. However, we see the beauty in going-with-the-flow when it comes to adventure, and so we're happy to include spontaneity!
How far in advance should I book?

and accessible travel support, ensuring safe, professional, and person-centred assistance throughout your holiday.
