Our first (and most important) step is to get to know you and your dream holiday. From there, we'll do all the research and put forward your fully tailored experience. Once approved, we'll do all the bookings, generate your itinerary and supply any necessary tickets.
While on your holiday, we are always a phone call away should you require any assistance. Our goal is to ensure all of your needs and preferences are met, your experience is seamless and you're able to enjoy your holiday stress-free.

We present a detailed holiday proposal outlining the full plan, support arrangements and costs. We work closely with you to review and refine the details, making any adjustments needed until you’re completely comfortable and ready to give final approval.

We work closely with you understand the itinerary, support requirements and any specific goals for the trip. From there, we integrate seamlessly into your plans, offering reliable, person-centred support throughout the holiday. Our aim is to reduce stress, enhance independence, and help you focus on enjoying meaningful experiences together. We aim to give you the freedom to focus on connection, memories, adventure, and enjoying the journey.
Initial Chat
We begin by scheduling a chat with you and/or your family to discuss the existing holiday plans and understand what kind of support is needed. This initial conversation helps us gather key details and determine how we can best support a smooth and enjoyable trip.
Planning & Considerations
Based on the itinerary and support needs, we develop a support plan for the duration of the trip. This includes staffing arrangements, daily routines, contingency planning and risk considerations to support safety, wellbeing and peace of mind.
Support Needs & Goals
We take the time to get to know you or the participant, including daily routines, support needs, preferences, and personal goals for the holiday. This ensures the support provided is person-centred, respectful and aligned with how the participant wants to experience their time away.
Confirmation & Preparation
Once all details are agreed upon, we finalise support arrangements and prepare everything needed ahead of departure. This ensures everyone involved is clear on roles, expectations and plans, helping the holiday start calmly and confidently.

We’re based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, but our support doesn’t stop there. We’re happy to travel anywhere in Australia to support our participants and begin their holiday journey, wherever that may be.
If you’re located outside of Sydney, we offer video calls and phone meetings to get to know you, understand your needs, and plan a holiday that’s truly tailored to you. No matter where you’re based, we’re here to make your holiday seamless, supported, and stress-free.

Specialist Support Experience
Manual Handling, Hoists
& Transfers
Support with manual handling, hoists and transfers, delivered in line with individual care plans and best-practice safety standards. We prioritise comfort, dignity and risk-aware support to ensure safe movement across a range of environments, including during travel.
Wheelchair Assistance
Supportive assistance with both manual and powered wheelchairs, tailored to individual mobility needs and environments. We prioritise safety, comfort, and independence while navigating daily activities, travel logistics, and unfamiliar settings.
Personal Hygiene & Toileting
Respectful support with personal hygiene and toileting, tailored to individual routines, preferences and care plans. We prioritise dignity, privacy and comfort while supporting participants to maintain wellbeing and independence across while travelling.
Medication Assistance
Support with medication administration and prompting, following individual care plans and safety protocols. We ensure participants take their medication correctly and on time, while maintaining peace of mind during everyday activities and travel.
Catheter Care & Management
Support with catheter care and management in accordance with individual care plans and established hygiene protocols. We provide calm, respectful assistance to support comfort, dignity, and ongoing wellbeing, including during travel and extended holidays.
Behaviour Support
Compassionate support tailored to individual behavioural needs, including strategies aligned with positive behaviour support principles. We focus on promoting safety, wellbeing, and confidence, while encouraging independence and positive experiences.
